Universal Griddle
This catering quality ¼ inch aluminum griddle plate covers half of the Slimfold 6 and completely covers the Slimfold 3 for flat top cooking
Increase versatility by cooking pancakes, eggs, bacon, tomatoes. The Griddle will slide to either side, cleaning the grill by reflected heat as it goes.
The Griddle is also the perfect accessory for larger scale catering as it will slide to either side, cleaning the grill by reflected heat as it goes, so you can continue to cook whilst cleaning the surface below.
Pan Support
This heavy duty frame drops into place at one end of the grill and overhangs a full size hotel pan to give add-on holding capacity.
Benefits include hygiene control of prepared food from kitchen to customer. Its use in combination with the Universal Griddle provides outdoor buffet service at minimal additional cost.

Aluminum Tank
An aluminum tank is perfect for a catering operation, with a much lighter weight than traditional steel, easy to carry and a great presentation too!
Aluminum tanks will never rust, so your cylinder will always look great!
Fitted with an Overfill Prevention Device to ensure a safe fuel level and an Acme Type 1 valve which prevents fuel from releasing unless a positive connection is made.
